Who This Work Is For
This practice serves adults who are ready to engage deeply with the patterns shaping their lives — not just manage symptoms, but understand and restructure what's underneath them.
Adults navigating complex trauma — those living with the lasting effects of difficult early experiences, relational wounds, attachment disruptions, or traumatic events. You may not arrive with a clear clinical framework for your history. You may simply know that anxiety, emotional disconnection, relational patterns, or a persistent sense of something unresolved have followed you — through relationships, through careers, through life.
High-functioning professionals and leaders — executives, physicians, attorneys, athletes, and founders across Pennsylvania's major metros who are performing at a high level externally while sensing internal fragmentation, recurring patterns, or a ceiling they haven't been able to break through on their own.
These paths are not separate. Many of the people who do this work are carrying both.
