How I Work
By Depth and Design
Many of our reactions are driven by deeply embedded belief structures—early survival programs designed to prevent rejection and preserve connection.
Over time, these programs can become misaligned with our adult lives.
My treatment model is a structured, phase-based process of identifying when a limiting program is activated, tracing it to its origin, and deliberately replacing it with a more adaptive framework that supports movement toward excellence, not just away from limitation.
We examine the architecture beneath the surface: attachment patterns, core wounds, defensive strategies, and unconscious narratives. Then we do the work of integration—targeting from all angles — the body, the emotional field, patterned responses, and the beliefs that have quietly determined perception.
This is psychological silvering at the operating system level.
My approach integrates depth psychology (Jungian and IFS frameworks), somatic and nervous system work, cognitive belief restructuring, and strategic & decision-making psychology into a unified treatment model. For high-performers and professional leaders, I additionally draw on organizational and social psychology—examining how identity, authority, decision-making under pressure, and relational dynamics show up in professional contexts. This allows us to address both the internal architecture and the external systems in which you operate.
We explore archetypal patterns and shadow dynamics, identify and update core belief structures, regulate the nervous system, and develop intentional choice patterns that align with the life you want to build.
Meditative and reflective practices are incorporated to strengthen awareness and integration outside of sessions.
This is not a collage of techniques.
It is a deliberately engineered system for restructuring the lens through which you experience yourself and others and creating durable change in your life.
